I Am Me
In all the world, there is no one else exactly like me. Everything
that comes out of me is authentically me because I alone chose
it.
I own everything about me, my body, my feelings, my mouth, my
voice, all my actions, whether they be to others or to myself. I
own my fantasies, my dreams, my hopes, my fears I own all my
triumphs and successes, all my failures and mistakes. Because I own
all of me.
I can become intimately acquainted with me. By so doing I can love
me and be friendly with me in all my parts. I know there are
aspects about myself that puzzle me, and other aspects that I do
not know but as long as I am friendly and loving to myself, I can
courageously and hopefully look for solutions to the puzzles. And
for ways to find out more about me. However I look and sound,
whatever I say and do, and whatever I think and feel at a given
moment in time is authentically me.
If later some parts of how I looked, sounded, thought and felt turn
out to be unfitting, I can discard that which is unfitting, keep
the rest, and invent something new for that which I discarded. I
can see, hear, feel, think, say, and do.
I have the tools to survive, to be close to others, to be
productive, to make sense and order out of the world of people and
things outside of me. I own me, and therefore I can engineer
me.

Alternate nostril breathing (also known as Nadi Shodhana) is a
simple breathing technique that promotes mental and physical
well-being. Several research studies have confirmed its
effectiveness in lowering stress levels and increasing mental
focus.
Start with bringing your right hand up to your nose, you will be
using your index finder to block the left nostril and your thumb to
block the right nostril. A recommendation is to repeat the steps
for about 3-5 minutes:
1. Block right
2. Inhale left
3. Block left also and hold your breath for a moment
4. Unblock right and exhale right, then inhale right
5. Block right also and hold your breath for a moment
6. Unblock left and exhale left, then repeat from step 2.

My Child,
My physical body is dead while my self lives eternally in ever
present joy. The system around you is much more modern than the one
I saw. The way you travel, get food, information or entertainment
are all different. You also see around you scientists and popular
people claiming they know better and know a lot about this world,
change and the advancements of humanity.
I want to tell you about a truth eternal of the existence of God,
our oneness with God within a single consciousness, do not be
misled into a mental state of separation and isolation. Surround
yourself with nature, God's creations. They form an intelligence,
information and communication network that connects you with
God.
Experiment with yourself in meditation and discover the truth
yourself, inside and around you. Live in inner freedom of the
heart, expand and fill it with love divine, do not allow it to
contract in sorrow and attachment. Choose the path to God that
expresses you most and fear not, knowing that an enormous power is
available to you, always one thought away.

In Transactional Analysis (TA), behaviours, thoughts and
feelings are:
1. ... copied from our parents (critical or nurturing). PARENT ego
state
2. ... rational responses to the "here and now". ADULT ego
state
3. ... emotionally replayed from childhood (adapted or free). CHILD
ego state
Check the possible transactions between two people shown in the
image. Transactions across parallel, horizontal lines are
complimentary and work well (i.e. P-P, A-A, C-C). Across diagonal
lines things are problematic and they eventually lead to a break in
communication (e.g. P-C, A-C, etc).

The famous psychologist Abraham Maslow, created a hierarchy of
five levels of human needs. These are typically represented as a
pyramid with lower-level needs at the bottom.
The key idea is that lower-level needs must be satisfied before we
are motivated for higher-level needs. From lower to higher, we
have:
1. Physiological needs (food, water, shelter, rest)
2. Safety needs (security, stability, absence of fear)
3. Social needs (friendship, intimacy, acceptance)

Benjamin Franklin put together a list of 13 virtues that he

he had successfully embraced it. The 13 virtues are:
1. TEMPERANCE -- Eat not to dullness; drink not to elevation.
2. SILENCE -- Speak not but what may benefit others or yourself;
avoid trifling conversation.
3. ORDER -- Let all your things have their places; let each part of
your business have its time.
4. RESOLUTION -- Resolve to perform what you ought; perform without
fail what you resolve.
5. FRUGALITY -- Make no expense but to do good to others or
yourself; i.e., waste nothing.
6. INDUSTRY -- Lose no time; be always employed in something
useful; cut off all unnecessary actions.
7. SINCERITY -- Use no hurtful deceit; think innocently and justly,

Close your eyes, visualize them in Divine light and pray deeply,

Now visualize yourself in Divine light and pray deeply, "Lord, fill
me with peace and harmony, peace and harmony." Repeat for about 15
seconds. That's it.

Small Actions Matter
An old man was walking along the shore after a big storm had passed
and found the vast beach littered with starfish as far as the eye
could see.
Off in the distance, the old man noticed a small boy approaching.
The man could see that the boy was occasionally bending down to
pick up a starfish and throw it into the sea. The boy came closer
still and the man called out, "Good morning! May I ask what it is
that you are doing?"
The young boy paused, looked up, and replied "Throwing starfish
into the ocean. The tide has washed them up onto the beach and they
can't return to the sea by themselves", the youth replied. "When
the sun gets high, they will die, unless I throw them back into the
water."
The old man replied, "But there must be tens of thousands of
starfish on this beach. I'm afraid you won't really be able to make
much of a difference."
The boy bent down, picked up yet another starfish and threw it as
far as he could into the ocean. Then he turned, smiled and said,
âIt made a difference to that one!â

Hey light-bearers! Let's remember the importance of having a clear list of core values (writing them down helps). These are the values you stand for and live by. Do you have your list? It's a yes or no question, the world doesn't need to read your list. When we live our core values daily, these manifest anyway in our words, actions and energy.
5-4-3-2-1 grounding is a simple mindfulness exercise that helps
us deal with situations in a calmer way, in support of our coping
mechanisms, decision making and problem solving. Follow these
steps:
1. Look around and name five things that you can see around you.
e.g. a picture on the wall, a carpet, a speaker, etc.
2. Focus on four things that you can feel. e.g. the chair you are
sitting on, the feel of your clothes on your skin, the air being

Rupert Sheldrake discusses the intriguing case of blue tits
learning to steal milk from bottles in his theory of morphic
resonance. In the early 20th century in Southampton, England, blue
tits began to exploit milk deliveries by pecking through the
cardboard caps of bottles to drink the cream.
This behavior was first observed in 1921 and by 1947, it had spread
across Britain, with independent instances also appearing in
Scandinavia and Holland. Interestingly, this spread wasn't
attributed to birds migrating or learning from each other directly,
as blue tits typically don't travel far from their home
territories.
Sheldrake uses this example to illustrate his theory of morphic
resonance, suggesting that once a behavior or pattern is
established by one member of a species, it becomes easier for
others to adopt it, even if they are geographically distant. He
argues that this kind of behavior dissemination isn't explained by
conventional genetics or learning models but rather by a form of
collective consciousness, or field influence where similar patterns
resonate across time and space. This notion expands to his broader
hypothesis that the laws of nature are more akin to habits, shaped
by cumulative past actions of similar systems.
